The typical turn-around time for our trainers is 24 to 72 hours.

Please DO NOT upload slow motion videos. Analysis is best with standard video.

The way that most people video record these days is with their phones or tablets. If you record with an iPhone or Android device, you aren’t going to have to worry about file formats, codecs, video compression or anything else. Video should be shot in horizontal mode. Once you sign up for your account, you will be given instructions on how to upload video to the ProChop Training team.

To see your current subscription, from your logged in account, click on the profile image in the upper right hand corner of the screen and select Account. Here we show your current subscription and any pending changes. It’s also where you can update your credit card or change your subscription type.
