Developing this kind of difference-making speed doesn’t just come from running some sprints at skills practice, but through improved technique and mechanics and intentional training to apply that speed when it counts. Pair that speed with agility training, and you have a baseball athlete with the ability to respond and react in an instant – and the speed and acceleration to make big plays.
The ProChop Speed and Agility Program is a focused development program for players of all ages and skill levels. This program combines an on-site sequence program with an off-site strength based plan. Led by our-highly skilled and knowledgeable staff, this program begins with a physical assessment of each player. This assessment then drives the creation of individualized programs designed to improve the athlete.
