Director Caleb Pyscher is a member of ProChop Training biometric solutions. Caleb has a passion for the baseball swing and has a knack for connecting with players and providing them with solutions to help them improve. He is a visual coach who uses a lot of “in-the-cage” tools along with data, mobile applications and training aids in his instruction. He has been directly involved in player development from 11u to professional baseball players. Before becoming a coach, Pyscher graduated from Kearsley High School in Flint in 2013 and has since had an extensive college baseball career. His freshman year he played at NCAA DII Morehouse State where he was named Second Team All-SIAC. Pyscher also played at NCAA DII Notre Dame College before transferring to Rochester College to play his senior year. During his senior campaign he was top 3 in AB’s, hits, runs, avg, RBI, SLG%, walks, OBP, and SB’s. Caleb is currently top 10 in both single-season and career stolen bases at RC. Pyscher also played pro baseball oversees and finished his pro playing career with the Tucson Saguaros (Pecos League) in 2020. He has also played and is currently coaching with the Michigan Braves organization. Coach Pyscher is dedicated to helping players reach their goals through instruction and focused training.
